Our partners generously covered the costs for drafting the Urban Zoning Plan, helping us move forward without incurring additional architectural expenses.

3. Secured 21 Essential Approvals

We have obtained key regulatory approvals, a process that ensures compliance with environmental, infrastructural, and regulatory standards. These include permissions, as well as safety standards and urban planning.
